Configurator and Technical Expert

Summary: 

In relation with solution consultants and project managers, you are in charge of the implementation and maintenance of cloud applications such as Ivalua and Corcentric, and have the responsibility of on-time delivery, quality controls, and 2^nd level support for strategic projects. You will take part in the design and architecture of data interfaces between these applications and other systems such as ERPs, accounting systems and online ordering platforms. 

Location:

UK (Leeds), Sweden (Stockholm or Malmö), Germany (Berlin or Munich), Switzerland, France, Canada (Montréal), USA (Washington DC area). Depending on the location the job can be partly or mostly home based, and would require occasionnal visits to customers. Proximity of your residence to big cities and/or well-connected airports is important.

Your functions:

• Functional and technical design: take part in design workshops, design user interfaces, system interfaces and reporting on Ivalua or Corcentric platforms; take part in functional and technical specification
• End to end implementation, test and delivery of the designed solution. Most of the implementation is done through online configuration of the cloud solutions, but it requires a high SQL expertise as well.
• Manage the maintenance cycle of projects in production, including 2^nd level support, problem identification and resolution

Your profile:

• Graduate from an IT engineering school or university
• Proven experience in web application design and development
• A keen understanding in project management processes, customer relationships and business analysis
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong technical skills, esp. on SQL and system interfaces
• Detail oriented, autonomous, deeply involved.

Your skills:

• Software design (needs assessment, use cases, UX/UI)
• SQL Server, Asp.net, HTML, JS
• Project methodology (V cycle, CMMI, agile, …) and experiences of client relationships
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Perfect English, clear and well-structured expression and writing
